Did you know Master Marlen graduated in General Medicine?
She trained Taekwondo over 20 years as a Poomsae competitor from Mexico. She completed:
- 5 world championships,
- 15 international championships.
- 20 national championships.
- 6 years as Mexico national team member.
After graduation, she met Master Um, who offered her to join Golden Eagle TKD. She returned back home in Mexico and spent time with family to decide between pursuing to become a doctor vs. become a professional TKD Master.
She realizes her real passion is Taekwondo, and she decided to pursue a Taekwondo teaching career here at Golden Eagle TKD to support and create future champions.
We feel safer having a Master Marlen as in house Master who understands general medicine for such a time as this.
